Carly Jordan is a junior at University High School. She plans to attend the University of San Francisco, the University of North Carolina or another school to study nursing after high school. She wants to work with children who have cancer. Her activities include cheerleading, drama, DECA, debate, student government, church leadership, Young Life and dance. Carly’s parents are Jay and Dawn Jordan.

Amanda Hansen, a junior at University High School, wants to attend Seattle University to study journalism. Her activities include: drama, tutoring, cheerleading, honor society, and Crimson Crew. Amanda is currently starting an Amnesty International club and plans to volunteer with the Peace Corps after college. Amanda’s parents are Chris and Lisa Tupling, and Chris Hansen.

Laura Schlect is a junior at Valley Christian School. Laura plans to attend Seattle Pacific University, Corban College, Washington State University or another school to study broadcast journalism. Her activities include, yearbook editor, honor society, class president, Knowledge Bowl, worship team and the city’s Student Advisory Council. She is the daughter of Ed and Lori Schlect.
