Health Unplugged – This conference for children who would like to be involved with peer education will meet on Thursday at the Spokane Community College’s Student Union Building, 1810 N. Community CPR and First Aid Class – Whitman County Red Cross is offering adult, infant, child CPR and standard first aid classes, Saturday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. at the Gladish Community Center, Room 313, 115 NW State St., Pullman. Do it Spokane – In conjunction with National Public Health Week in Spokane County, this event for children and their families will provide activity cards, Saturday from 10 a.m-5 p.m. at Riverfront Park. For each activity a child completes they will receive a stamp. Completed cards will be collected at the Bloomsday Trade Show for a prize drawing. Yoga

Mantra Yoga: Morning Spiritual Practice – This free chanting mantra yoga class will teach you how to transform emotions and provide a sense of inner calm.
