At 35, Sean “P. Diddy” Combs has already made his mark in everything from music to Broadway to fashion to political activism. Now, he’s going into the auto parts business – and it’s all about the wheels.

Combs is joining forces with Weld Wheel to produce a line of custom, precision-forged aluminum rims for sports trucks, luxury SUVs and high-end American- and German-made automobiles.

The “Sean John Wheels” hit stores next month, retailing at between $700 and $3,000 each.

“Wheels have become a fashion statement – a badge of taste and style,” Combs says.

Partner Greg Weld says Combs promised to show him how to “bring some sexy” to the wheel business.

“The way we’ve designed spokes, holes, the features, it looks like it is aggressively moving when it’s not even moving,” Weld says.

She, of course, wants to remain friends

In case you haven’t heard by now, Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt are officially calling it quits after 4 1/2 years of marriage.

Aniston filed for divorce Friday, citing irreconcilable differences. The “Friends” star and the “Ocean’s Twelve” hunk released a joint statement in January saying they were formally separating.

The couple married on July 29, 2000, and have no children. It was the first marriage for both.

Oh, you poor, poor baby

Actor Charlie Sheen has filed his formal response to the divorce petition by actress wife Denise Richards, setting the stage for a custody battle.

Richards, who is seven months pregnant, is demanding sole custody of their 1-year-old daughter and the unborn child. Sheen is seeking shared custody and does not want to pay Richards the spousal support she has requested.

Sheen denies that the reason for the divorce was his womanizing, and father Martin Sheen has issued a statement refuting reports that his son had fallen back into substance abuse.

Oprah Winfrey may be getting into the vacation rental business.

Hawaii’s Maui County Council has given preliminary approval to a bill granting O.W. Ranch a five-year conditional permit to operate a 12-bedroom vacation rental in Kula.

While Winfrey’s involvement has not been publicly confirmed, the ranch lists an address in care of Bob Greene, her friend and personal trainer.

Smells like Celine spirit

Celine Dion, midway through her three-year Las Vegas gig, has released a new perfume called Belong.

“The new fragrance reflects where Celine is right now in her life – enjoying her family when she is out of the spotlight,” said Eric Thoreux, president of Coty Beauty Americas.

For her part, Dion says: “This fragrance is about celebrating life. It’s about a woman’s inner beauty, her confidence, her passion and her sensuality. It’s the way I like to feel about myself.”
