Tuesday – Beef stew with vegetables, Oregon-blend vegetables, apricots, biscuit, majestic square

Wednesday – Spaghetti with meat sauce, green salad with dressing, Italian vegetables, garlic stick, Mandarin oranges

Thursday – Chef salad with chicken, carrot raisin salad, wheat bread, angel food cake with strawberries

Friday – Roast beef with gravy, mashed potatoes, Scandinavian-blend vegetables, dinner roll, seasonal fruit cup
