Tough on the eyes

The Spokesman-Review

I really welcomed the letter in last Sunday’s paper by Sam Compogno about (“Bigger type would be helpful”). I agree with him and many others that some of the print on the sports pages is too difficult to read. Raising the print just a couple points would satisfy me and others who read The Spokesman-Review sports pages. My eye glasses aren’t very old, but a 20/20 vision without the help of eye glasses left me in my early 40s when everything was easy to read. I asked my wife, who has brand new eye glasses to read the box scores for me, but she said they are too hard to read. I wasn’t quite sure if that was the case or if she had no interest reading to me.
