Deer Park woman cooks up another winning recipe
Delia Kennedy can’t stop cooking up winning recipes.
The Deer Park woman has a third recipe featured in a Taste of Home publication. This spring Kennedy’s Marmalade Monkey Bread won the $500 top prize in a “Quick Cooking” magazine contest and her Spinach Turkey Roll was included in the Taste of Home’s “2005 Light and Tasty Annual Recipes” cookbook.
Now, you’ll find Kennedy’s Pineapple Ham Spread in the new Taste of Home’s “5-Ingredient Cookbook.”
She suggests serving this sweet spread on rye bread or crackers for an appetizer.
