Alderman named REALTOR® of Year

Selected as the 2005 REALTOR® of the Year was immediate Past President Sandy Alderman, Tomlinson Black North. Alderman (pictured at right) has been a REALTOR® for 14 years and has been active in the Association for the past 12 years.

She first started involvement in the Association’s Fair Housing and Special Events Committees in 1993 and is currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Washington state Association of REALTORS® and the Spokane Association.

She holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) designations. She was recognized as CRS of the Year in the state of Washington and elected to vice president of education for the state organization.
