Chiefs set TV deal

The Spokane Chiefs announced Tuesday an agreement with Comcast Cable to televise six of the team’s Western Hockey League home games this season.

The games, supported by the backing of Les Schwab Tires, will air on Comcast channel 12. It will be the Chiefs’ first multigame, regular-season TV package.

Each televised home game will also be available on Comcast on Demand.

The first televised game will be Nov. 5 against the Tri-City Americans.
