Spokane Chapter of Military Officers Association of America luncheons – For all present and former officers and spouses, today at Templin’s River Resort, Post Falls, and Dec. 4 in the Commons at Mukogawa Fort Wright Institute, Spokane. Social hour begins at 12:45 p.m., meal will be served at 1:15 p.m. Cost for today’s luncheon is $15 per person; cost for Dec. 4 luncheon is $14. For more information, contact Col. German-American Society of Spokane Pioneer Day – Nov. 5, 6 p.m. at the Deutsches Haus, 25 W. Third Ave. Includes German-style dinner, music and dancing, performers will be Concordia Choir of the German-American Society, Spokane Accordion Ensemble and Norm Seeberger Band; $15; members and guests must be 21 years of age to attend.
