Sex offender moves to North Havana

A level 3 sex offender has moved to a new east Spokane County address.

David S. Lewis, 19, will be living in the area of 5700 N. Havana, Spokane County sheriff’s spokesman Dave Reagan said in a press release.

Lewis is 5 feet 11 inches tall and 190 pounds with red hair and blue eyes. He has a scar on his abdomen, Reagan said.

Lewis was convicted of indecent liberties in Spokane County in 1998. His victim was a 9-year-old girl who was known to him, Reagan said.

Lewis has also been convicted of indecent liberties and unlawful imprisonment of a 12-year-old boy and a 13-year-old girl. He was living in Spokane before moving to the North Havana address, Reagan said.

Lewis is not wanted by law enforcement. Any attempts to harass, threaten or intimidate sex offenders will not be tolerated, Reagan said.
