Century 21 office hopes to attract new clients

Perhaps a new real estate office will encourage potential buyers into purchasing new homes.

At least that’s what realtors working for Century 21 Beutler and Associates said they are hoping to achieve when people visit their new 12,000-square-foot facility in Liberty Lake.

Open since Nov. 16, the new office has enough space to fit 46 agents, said Debbie Dyche, manager of the new branch. Thirty-three agents are currently licensed to work out of the office.

This is Beutler and Associates fourth branch, with other locations in Coeur d’Alene, Post Falls and downtown Spokane. This most recent branch gives agents plenty of room to add personal touches to their offices.

“We provided a really nice office space,” Dyche said. “It gives a nice working environment for the agents.”

The quality of the facility is unusual for most real estate offices, Dyche said. The brick and stucco exterior covers a craftsman-style interior. Most offices don’t pay as much attention to quality, she said.

Locating a branch in Liberty Lake made sense to the company, she said. The city is growing rapidly, and Beutler and Associates has been experiencing great success in expanding areas.

“They intended to get into this market for a while, and the time was just right to move,” Dyche said.

State-of-the-art technology is used to help agents sell homes, she said. Multifunction office equipment is used, and the office will keep an eye to the future, she said.

“To provide a new environment and technology for the agents is the most exciting part of it,” she said.

With an ever-growing market for homes, especially in Liberty Lake, the business is well-poised to be around for a while, Dyche said.

“We’re really glad to be here and look forward to serving the community for years,” she said.
