Bruins roll to win
Jordan Farmar scored 11 of his 13 points in the first half and UCLA’s defense stifled Southern California in the 18th-ranked Bruins’ 66-45 victory over their visiting crosstown rival in Pacific-10 Conference men’s basketball action on Wednesday.
The Trojans (12-6, 3-4) scored their fewest points in the series since 1969, when they won 46-44 at Pauley Pavilion.
The first-place Bruins are 15-3, 5-2.
