Former Zag Turiaf scores career-high 10 in Lakers victory

Former Gonzaga University star Ronny Turiaf scored a NBA career-high 10 points as the Los Angeles Lakers beat the Orlando Magic 102-87 Tuesday night at Los Angeles.
Kobe Bryant led the way with 28 points and eight assists, while Smush Parker added 17 points and seven assists for the Lakers (29-28), who took control of the game with a third-quarter scoring burst.
Turiaf hits 4 of 5 shots from the field and both of his free-throw attempts. His previous scoring high was three points.
Bulls 111, Timberwolves 100: At Chicago, Kirk Hinrich scored a season-high 30 points and tied a career high with 13 rebounds for Chicago in a victory over Minnesota.
