Yuen Method Demonstrations – Linda Leith and Kari Wagler will present these classes that will demonstrate the Yuen method of easing pain, improving circulation, weight loss and quitting smoking, Friday from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Providence Center for Faith and Healing of Sacred Heart Medical Center, 101 W. Group Health Kids Bike Race Series – Bicycle riders age 11 and younger are invited to a cycling event Sunday at Pavillion Park, 727 N. Molter Road, Liberty Lake, Sept. 24 at Mirabeau Point Park, 13500 E. Euclid, Spokane Valley, and Oct. 1 at Audubon Park on Northwest Boulevard and Milton.
