Tuesday’s council agenda cleared for ‘Public Questions Night’

From Staff Reports The Spokesman-Review

The Coeur d’Alene City Council is open for questioning.

The council is clearing its agenda and dedicating Tuesday’s meeting to taking any city-related questions from residents.

“We hope to be able to answer all of the questions that evening,” City Administrator Wendy Gabriel said in a press release. “If we cannot, we’ll get an answer as quickly as possible.”

Public Questions Night will begin after the council receives a presentation on the proposed fiscal year 2007 budget and a few other items of business. The remainder of the 6 p.m. meeting is for questions.

Depending on attendance, the council may limit the number of questions each resident can ask.

The meeting is at the Coeur d’Alene City Hall, 710 E. Mullan Ave. For more information, call (208) 769-2300.
