It seems the magic is long gone from Criss Angel‘s marriage.

The celebrity illusionist is being sued for divorce by his estranged wife, who says he deserted her after becoming famous.

Angel, whose real name is Christopher Sarantakos, and his wife Joanne married five years ago after a decade of dating, according to her lawyer, but he hasn’t given her “a cent” of his millions since leaving her.

His lawyer says her accusations of mental cruelty and abandonment are unfounded, and “the notion that she’s not being supported is simply not accurate.”

Angel, 39, known for his “Mindfreak” show on the A&E network, dedicated his latest stunt – a seeming escape from a box encased in concrete and suspended 40 feet above the ground near Times Square – to Cameron Diaz.

He said only that they were “good friends.”

Joanne Sarantakos’ lawyer said he plans to subpoena the 34-year-old actress to testify in the divorce case.

Diaz’s publicist says Angel already was separated from his wife when she met him in May, and they only went on four dates.

Brother, can you spare my crime

Vivica A. Fox called a California Highway Patrol officer a “racist white cop” during her drunken driving arrest, an official report says.

The 42-year-old actress, who is black, was pulled over in March after passing an officer who said her Cadillac was doing 80 mph and weaving in its lane on the Hollywood Freeway.

“Fox began to walk away, yelling at my partner, ‘Brother, help a sister, are you going to let this racist white cop do this. … Well, are you?’ ” according to the report.

It also notes that her breath test after she was taken to jail had to be stopped when she “burped quite loudly.”

Bird washers

Former Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss has opened a 24-hour laundromat called Dirty Laundry in a shopping center near Las Vegas.

Fleiss, an avid collector of parrots and macaws, said she decided to open the business after the death of a macaw named Dalton.

“I had to force myself to do something,” she said. “Nothing in my 41 years – nothing – ever affected me like this.”

Fleiss also plans to open a brothel called “Heidi’s Stud Farm.”

Royal blue or palace pink?

The royal family is about to get a little larger.

Buckingham Palace on Monday announced that Prince Edward‘s 42-year-old wife, Sophie, is expecting the couple’s second child.

It will be the eighth grandchild for Queen Elizabeth II and her husband, Prince Philip.

Let’s git-r-drunk!

A Nebraska microbrewery has launched a beer called Git-R-Done, honoring countrified comedian Larry the Cable Guy.

Said Mike Schilling, co-owner of SchillingBridge Winery & MicroBrewery: “Rednecks love quality, too.”
