Smells like … old jammies

Courtney Love, widow of Nirvana singer Kurt Cobain, says she plans to sell most of his belongings.

“I’m going to have a Christie’s auction,” Love, 42, tells AOL music Web site Spinner.com. “(My house) is like a mausoleum.”

Love and Cobain wed in 1992 and had a daughter, Frances Bean, that year. Cobain committed suicide in 1994.

“My daughter doesn’t need to inherit a giant bag full of flannel shirts,” says Love, former frontwoman of the rock band Hole.

“A sweater, a guitar and the lyrics to ‘(Smells Like) Teen Spirit’ – that’s what my daughter gets. And the rest of it we’ll just … sell.”

No date has been set for the auction, an AOL publicist said.

Love, whose upcoming album is titled “Nobody’s Daughter,” says her friends are in favor of the idea.

“Everyone’s been positive and behind me on it,” she says. “We’ll make a lot of money and give a bunch of it to charity.”

She says she’ll have a chance to move on from Cobain, too.

“I still wear his pajamas to bed,” says Love. “How am I ever going to go form another relationship in my lifetime wearing Kurt’s pajamas?”

Delivering ratings

“The View” co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck is pregnant again, she announced Monday on the daytime ABC talk show.

Hasselbeck, 29, a former “Survivor” contestant, and her husband, pro football player Tim Hasselbeck (brother of Seattle Seahawks quarterback Matt Hasselbeck), have a 2-year-old daughter, Grace.

Told the newcomer was due in November, “View” creator Barbara Walters asked: “And what is November?”

“Sweeps!” chimed in co-host Rosie O’Donnell, adding: “Perfect timing.”

Breach baby?

Speaking of babies, Keisha Castle-Hughes, the youngest actress to receive a best actress Oscar nomination at age 13, has become a mother at 17.

She and her boyfriend of three years, Bradley Hull, 20, welcomed 7-pound, 6-ounce Felicity-Amore.

Castle-Hughes, who was nominated for “Whale Rider,” also made a cameo as the Queen of Naboo in “Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith” and starred as the Virgin Mary in “The Nativity Story.”

Outwit, outplay, outlast

And speaking of “Survivor,” Mark Burnett, the creator of the groundbreaking reality show, wed former “Touched by an Angel” star Roma Downey over the weekend.

The couple were married Saturday in a private ceremony at their home officiated by “Touched by an Angel” co-star Della Reese, an ordained minister.

A small plane hired by the bride flew overhead towing a banner that read: “…and they lived happily ever after.”

Our pal Joey

Joey Buttafuoco, whose 17-year-old lover shot his wife in the face more than a decade ago, has been released from jail after serving three months for illegally possessing ammunition, authorities said.

The case stemmed from a search of his home in 2005 while he was on probation for felony insurance fraud.

Buttafuoco was running an auto body shop on New York’s Long Island in 1992 when his 17-year-old lover, Amy Fisher, shot his wife in the face as she answered the door at the couple’s home.

Fisher, nicknamed the “Long Island Lolita,” served seven years in prison. Buttafuoco pleaded guilty to statutory rape and served four months in jail.
