10 sci-fi movies that got it right

Not that I’ve ever been an avid reader of Popular Mechanics , the science-oriented magazine that has been publishing since 1902, but I was turned on to an interesting PM article through VidETA.com. It involves the “10 most prophetic Sci-Fi movies ever.”

As the article – which was written as a tribute to the recently departed sci-fi writer Arthur C. Clarke – says, “They’re not necessarily the best movies – just the ones that got the science right, or will sometime soon.”
