Girl Scouts kicking off cookie sale today

The Girl Scouts of Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho will present a kick-off rally for its annual cookie sale today at Spokane Falls Community College in building 15, 3410 W. Fort George Wright Drive at 10 a.m.

The rally is meant to inspire Girl Scouts to get out and sell lots of cookies and the girls will be able to sample this year’s two new flavors, Lemon Chalet Crème and sugar-free chocolate chip.

The theme of the sale this year is “Make it a Hit.”

Girl Scouts from throughout the area will be taking pre-orders for their cookies throuth Feb. 17.
