Attorney general investigates Dover City Hall
SANDPOINT – The Bonner County prosecutor said the state attorney general’s office is investigating practices at Dover City Hall involving how money has been spent and decisions concerning employees.
Phil Robinson said he received a complaint and referred it to the attorney general for investigation and possible prosecution.
He said he asked the attorney general’s office to investigate to avoid a possible conflict of interest.
Bob Cooper, a spokesman for the attorney general, said the office doesn’t comment on investigations.
City officials also declined to comment.
