Raising a glass to Center Pointe Benefit dinner

The Spokesman-Review

C enter Pointe is a nonprofit organization that provides recreational classes and opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities. It’s a place to learn and play.

But recently, at the annual “Evening with the Winemaker” held at Manito Country Club, supporters and employees came together with members of the public to party for the cause.

After a quick tutorial on blending wines, presented by Tim Smith of Classic Wines of California, partygoers were treated to a delicious meal.

Silent auction items, as well as other auction packages sold by auctioneer Mike Ferguson, helped raise funds for the center. Music was provided by the brass quartet Spokane Piston and Rotary Club.
