Raid targets Hillyard house as chop shop

Troopers raided a home that allegedly doubled as a motorcycle chop shop in Spokane’s Hillyard neighborhood Tuesday afternoon.

William Cody Joseph Murphy, 21, was booked into the Spokane County Jail on charges of second-degree possession of a stolen vehicle and possession of marijuana with intent to deliver about two hours after the Washington State Patrol raided his home about 12:15 p.m., according to jail records and the WSP.
