Kim stars in her own Bush league

New Orleans Saints running back Reggie Bush has been sidelined because of arthroscopic surgery to repair a meniscus tear in his left knee.

But he hasn’t let his recovery keep him from stepping out with girlfriend Kim Kardashian.

In recent weeks, Kardashian says, she and Bush have gone bowling, enjoyed movies and dined at some of their favorite New Orleans restaurants. Kardashian, a recent competitor on ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars,” says one of their favorite things to do is playing video games.

“Reggie is really competitive,” Kardashian said Tuesday after previewing the new Nintendo Wii game, “Rayman Raving Rabbids TV Party,” with Bush. “At first I was winning, then he came back and beat me.”

Kardashian said they have been successful in their long-distance relationship. “Sometimes we’ve had to go 10 days, but we try not to let it go that far,” she said.

Jen still miffed at Angie

Jennifer Aniston can’t seem to let go of the fact that Brad Pitt left her for Angelina Jolie. In the December issue of Vogue, Aniston talks about the magazine’s 2007 profile of Jolie, who talked about growing chummy with Pitt – then married to Aniston – while shooting the 2004 movie “Mr. and Mrs. Smith.”

“That stuff about how she couldn’t wait to get to work every day?” Aniston said. “That was really uncool.”

Even so, Aniston says she and Pitt, who divorced in October 2005, are on good terms. “In the end,” she said, “we really had an amicable split.”

Think maybe Jen hired him?

Speaking of Brad Pitt, the star was manhandled at Monday’s Los Angeles screening of his new film, “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button” – by a security guard.

Apparently the paparazzi went into a frenzy as Pitt approached the lobby. In the crush, the plainclothes guard apparently mistook the actor for a paparazzo, grabbed him forcibly by the arm, and spun him around.

Somebody must like Brad

Emmy-winning comedy actor Brad Garrett had his own paparazzi problems. Authorities are investigating allegations that Garrett assaulted a photographer in West Hollywood.

Los Angeles County sheriff’s Sgt. Kristin Aloma says Garrett, 48, who won three Emmys for starring on “Everybody Love Raymond,” has not been arrested in the incident that occurred late Tuesday or early Wednesday.
