1,000 days and waiting

The Spokesman-Review

Yesterday Sen. Harry Reid made a statement of how he and the Senate were going to take care of the matters at hand and get the country back on the right track.

Three years ago the Democratic controlled Senate and House said now that we are in control we will fix everything in 100 days. That was over 1,000 days ago.

I will say only one thing. All of the senators and congressmen need to start taking care of the people that put them in office. The ones that vote. Not the ones that just spend money to get what they want.

Put the blame where it belongs. Special-interest groups control our country; the people no longer have a voice. We find new criminals every day and they all were elected to serve as our government.
