Rockets defeat Braves

Stefan Jensen’s third-period goal was the difference as the Golden Rockets (24-11-5) edged the Spokane Braves 4-3 in a KIJHL game Friday night at Eagles Ice-A-Rena.

Alex Lelwica, Tanner Slarks and Chase Wharton scored for the Braves (17-20-2).

Austin Southerland, Corbin Weston and Josh MacDonald added the goals for the Rockets.

The Braves are on the road for a game at Nelson tonight at 7.
