Cash reward offered in search for fugitives

Crime Stoppers of the Inland Northwest is offering a cash reward for information that leads to the arrest of four fugitives wanted on various crimes and believed to be hiding in Spokane and North Idaho.

Kevin M. Harding, 33, is wanted for first-degree theft. He has a 19-year criminal history, including a previous conviction for theft.

He is 6 feet 2 inches tall and 230 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair. His last known address is 8822 E. Vista Park Drive in Spokane, but he may frequent an apartment in the 700 block of North McDonald Road. Harding may be driving a white Ford Ranger pickup.

Jackie Leo Hughes, 35, is wanted for second-degree assault. Hughes has prior convictions for false reporting and assault, authorities said.

Hughes was last living in an apartment at 1417 N. Washington St., Spokane. He is 6 feet tall and 160 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.

Beth M. Hennings, 39, is wanted by police for possession of a controlled substance. She has previous drug convictions, authorities said.

Hennings is white, 4 feet 11 inches tall and 120 pounds, with blond hair and blue eyes. Her last known address is 2123 N. Cincinnati St., Spokane.

Daniel J. Jones, 39, is wanted for theft and may be residing in North Idaho, authorities said.

Jones has a 16-year criminal history including theft, drug possession, probation violations and driving with a suspended license.

He is white, 6 feet 2 inches tall and 230 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. His last known address is 8651 N. Cloverleaf Road in Hauser Lake, Idaho.

Anyone with information about any of the fugitives’ whereabouts is asked to call (800) 222-TIPS (8477) or visit www.crimestoppers inlandnorthwest.org. Tipsters do not have to leave their name for the reward but should provide a code name or number.
