For the week of May 4-8
Monday – Option 1: Orange chicken, jasmine rice, vegetable chow mein, dinner roll, Mandarin oranges.
Option 2: Barbecue beef on a bun, peas, vegetables, Mandarin oranges.
Tuesday – 1: Pork roast with gravy, scalloped potatoes, green beans, dinner roll, applesauce.
2: Meat taco with shredded cheese, lettuce, tomato, salsa, and sour cream, on a tortilla shell, applesauce.
Wednesday – 1: Riblets with barbecue sauce, sweet potatoes, spinach, breadstick, fresh fruit, brownie.
2: Bean soup, ham sandwich with lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise, grapes, brownie.
Thursday – 1: Turkey divan, buttered noodles, vegetables, salad with dressing, breadstick, apple cobbler.
2: Cobb salad, breadstick, apple salad.
Friday – 1: Meat loaf with gravy, mashed potatoes, peas, vegetables, wheat bread, fruited Jell-o.
2: Fishwich on a bun with lettuce, tomato, and tarter sauce, vegetables, fruited Jell-o.
