Reward offered for information on store burglary
Sat., May 23, 2009
Crime Stoppers is offering a reward for information that leads to an arrest in a convenience store burglary caught on video.
About 12:30 p.m. April 21, a man walked into Hico Village, 1201 N. Barker Road in Spokane Valley, and stole cash from an office while the clerk helped a customer.
Surveillance video shows a heavyset, older man with white or gray hair walking into a room and rummaging through an open safe, then returning to grab money from a bank deposit bag left on a desk.
Police estimated the man was in his 60s and about 5-foot-8 to 5-foot-10.
