In brief: Post Falls turns back Moses Lake
Connor Hill hit three 3-pointers and scored 26 points to go with seven rebounds and Marcus Colbert added 13 points and five assists as Post Falls (4-0) pulled out a 64-52 nonleague win over host Moses Lake on Tuesday.
The Trojans went into halftime with a 17-point lead, outscoring the Chiefs 18-0 in the second quarter.
Pullman 71, Timberlake 30: Kalvin Johnson, Brett Pinkleton and Corey Langerveld each scored 10 points and the Greyhounds (4-0) cruised against the visiting Tigers (0-6) in the second half, outscoring them 37-12 after the break.
Kellogg 74, Sandpoint 63: Eric Fields tallied 24 points, four assists and three steals and the Wildcats (5-2) overcame an early eight-point deficit to beat the visiting Bulldogs (3-2). Tyler Morgan added 17 points for the Wildcats, while Jack Olin led the Bulldogs with 20.
Cheney 73, Upper Columbia Academy 22: C.J. Skillingstad had 13 points and John Gingrich scored 10 as the Blackhawks (5-0) scored 49 points in the first half, cruising to a win over host UCA in Spangle.
West Valley 63, Lakeside 46: Brady Bagby scored a game-high 29 points, Darian Vandermark added 11 points and WV (4-0) outscored host Lakeside 22-11 in the third quarter to put the game out of reach in Nine Mile Falls. Demetrius Watson led Lakeside (3-2) with 17 points.
Medical Lake 44, Freeman 37: Kevin Fisher tallied a team-high 15 points and the Cardinals (3-1) held the visiting Scotties (2-4) to just one point in the second quarter.

St. John-Endicott 49, Odessa-Harrington 46: Kaleb Simon and Mason Van Lith combined for 25 points and the Eagles (2-2) edged the visiting Titans (1-4).
Almira/Coulee-Hartline 64, Omak 56: Derek Isaak scored 30 points to lead all scorers, Brandon Boutain added 15 points and the Warriors (4-0) outlasted the Pioneers (3-3) in Omak. Thunder Wellhausen chipped in 12 points for ACH.
Coeur d’Alene 56, Lakeside 35: Greg Roman had 24 points to lead the Panthers (6-2) over the host Knights (3-2) in Plummer.
