Field of bad dreams

The Spokesman-Review

It was a sunny morning as I decided to take my little dog for some exercise and, of course, I had my plastic baggie with me. I went to Hart Field near Jefferson School on the South Hill.

The sight that greeted me was disgusting piles of dog droppings everywhere. I wish dog owners would take responsibility for their animals and have some respect for the children that use those playing fields. Thankfully, all dog owners are not this thoughtless, but the ones that are should be ashamed of themselves.
