Power restored in Deer Park area

Electricity has been restored to the 3,200 Avista customers in the Deer Park area who were without power for about two hours this afternoon. A spokeswoman said an animal caused the outage, which was reported about 12:40 p.m. Two lines from a substation were impacted, said Debbie Simock.
