Free On-Site Immunizations – The Spokane Regional Health District, in partnership with Group Health Foundation, is offering free immunizations for students today, 3-6 p.m., at Farwell Elementary School, 13005 N. Crestline St.; Thursday, 3-6 p.m., at Shiloh Hills Elementary School, 505 E. Stonewall Ave.; March 23, 1-6 p.m., at Madison Elementary School, 319 W. Nebraska Ave.; and March 24, 1-6 p.m., at Arlington Elementary School, 6363 N. Smith St. Clinics are open to anyone ages 18 years old and younger. Parents must be present. Immunization records are required. All vaccines are free. The HPV immunization is available only to those who do not have private health insurance or whose plan does not cover it. “Parenting With Power, Persistence and Patience” – held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6-8 pm. at North Central High School, 1600 N. Howard St. Classes are free; registration is not required. “Smiles” Teeth Whitening Fundraiser – Teeth whitening offered by participating dentists until March 31. Babysitting Basics – For youths, ages 10-15, covers how to care for young children, CPR and first aid, discipline issues, safety and business basics. Red Cross Babysitter’s Training Course – For ages 11-15, class teaches skills in leadership, basic care, safe play and first aid.
