CdA Woman Dies When Semi Runs Light

A Coeur d’Alene woman died this morning at Kootenai Medical Center after a car she was a passenger in hit a semi truck that ran a red light. Vivian Scott, 88, was in a Chevrolet Monte Carlo driven by Samuel R. Whitaker, 65. They were traveling south on U.S. 95 when the vehicle struck a semi. The semi, driven by Bill T.
