Museum of North Idaho Demonstrations - Part of featured exhibit, “Nordic Roots Run Deep,” a celebration of Scandinavian Americans’ contributions to our region. Saturday, Inger Aagesen will prepare Danish Abelskiver; Oct. 30, Asbjorn Rostad will demonstrate how to make the Norwegian holiday cookie, Krum Kake.
