Volunteer Car Seat Safety Technician Training – Safe Kids Kootenai County is seeking volunteers to complete a certification course to be car seat safety technicians. Course is held Sept. 22-25, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at Kootenai County Fire Station 3, 3820 E. 16th St., Post Falls. Cost is $75. Candidates should be in good physical health and able to lift 25 pounds, stand up for up to four hours at a time and able to maneuver in and out of vehicles.
