Revenge is sweetest when the result means the most.

Tony Werley and Ryan Gately, after losing twice to Dalton Shears and Nathan Rawley during match play in the Junior Bowlers Tour doubles tournament Dec. 19 at Lilac Lanes, knocked off their top-seeded nemesis 437-413 to capture the first JBT championship for each.

Cody Hurley and Bry Tillett finished third, Jesse Covington and Robbie Winchell fourth and Patrick LaTrail and Tyler Sumpter fifth.
