Inland Business Products bought

From Staff Reports

Minnesota-based IdentiSys Inc. has purchased Inland Business Products, a Spokane Valley company that provides photo IDs, barcode technology and card-security and access-control systems.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Inland Business Products has a staff of five at its office at 111 N. Vista Road. Its main customers are in Eastern Washington and are in education, government and health care.

IdentiSys President and Chief Operating Officer Debra Ferril said the staff of five will decrease short-term as consolidation takes place.

“But long term we expect the size (of the staff) to grow as we add more people for sales and service,” she said.
