U.S. 195 reopens near Rosalia after logs roll

A trailer on a logging truck flipped on its side spilling its load of logs onto U.S. Highway 195 just north of Rosalia in Whitman County early this morning, the Washington State Patrol reported.

The highway was fully reopened at 8:45 a.m. after a loader was called to the scene to help pick up the debris.

The accident, which occurred about 4:30 a.m., had partially blocked the highway, troopers said. No injuries were reported.
