W.O.M.A.N.S. (Wives of Men Addicted to Nudity and Sex) Seminar – Free workshop presented by Dr. Ray Smith offers women an opportunity to learn about sexual addiction and pornography and how to cope with being married to an addict and ways to improve life. Participants will be able to define sex addiction and love, and to tell the difference between the two, express some of the pain they may have felt while married to a sexual addict, and leave with at least three coping skills they can use to better deal with their marriage. Green Purchasing Luncheon with Susanne Croft – Participants learn how to establish green purchasing criteria, evaluate third-party labels, write a responsible purchasing policy, design a best value scorecard to evaluate all product benefits, and embed green purchasing practices into their everyday decisions. Eat It and Burn It! – Introductory series to help people get in shape and start eating healthier. Nutrition topics include multitask cooking, heart-healthy eating, portion distortion and an offsite grocery store tour. Each class begins with a 30-minute full-body workout followed by a 30-minute nutrition workshop. One 15-minute private consultation included in each session. All fitness levels welcome.
