Arizona motorcyclist killed in Idaho crash

Associated Press

LEWISTON, Idaho — Idaho State Police says a 65-year-old Arizona man is dead after he crashed his motorcycle into a car that was about to turn off U.S. Highway 12 east of Lewiston.

State police say that Dale Grusell was speeding and passing vehicles Wednesday evening as he headed east on the highway near milepost 13.

The Lake Havasu resident then struck the rear of a car heading the same way that was preparing to turn off the highway. Grusell was ejected from his motorcycle.

Grusell was wearing a helmet.

The 63-year-old driver of the car was transported to a hospital to be treated for undisclosed injuries.
