In brief: Clothing drive to help foster kids

NEVADA/ LIDGERWOOD – Sleep Country, 4446 N. Division St., will hold its annual clothing drive now through July 22 for foster kids in the Inland Northwest.

Local author to sign his book

NEVADA/ LIDGERWOOD – James Nelson, local author of “The Way it Was and The Way it Is” will be signing copies of his book at Barnes & Noble Northtown Mall, 4750 N. Division St., on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
