Obituary: Braun, Ronald L.

Age 68

BRAUN, Ronald L. (Age 68) Went home to his Lord and is now reunited with his beloved wife, Hope, on Nov. 19, 2012 and is survived by his three daughters, Donna Olson, Toni Bates, and Brenda Poston (Richard); sister, Pam Donnenwirth (Don), and five grandsons, Kirk Olson (Carrie), Rich Poston, Kurtis Poston, Tyler Poston, and Trent Olson.

He was preceded in death by the “Love of his Life” and wife of 49 years, Hope Braun in 2011.

Ron was born on July 5, 1944 in Kellogg, ID to Ray and Josephine Braun, where he spent his childhood and graduated from Kellogg High School.

He retired from Kaiser and spent his life serving others, especially those in need.

He also enjoyed caring for animals.

He had a heart of gold and was a kind hearted individual.

He and his wife loved traveling and being with their family.

He loved his Zags and was a season ticket holder.

The family wishes to express their gratitude and love to all those that have supported Ron in his journey these last several months.

They also want to thank the doctors and staff at Cancer Care Northwest for their great care.

A celebration of Ron’s life will be held on Saturday, November 24, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. at Berean Bible Church, 10910 E. Boone, Spokane Valley, WA.

Memorial contributions may be made in Ron’s memory to Cancer Care Northwest Foundation.
