On Dec. 8 and 9, the Friends of Manito will hold an open house in the Manito Park meeting room just east of the conservatory from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. both days. During the open house, children can decorate cookies and there will be refreshments. Holiday poinsettias will be on sale with proceeds going to the Friends of Manito.
