WOOD,
Matthew Taylor
(12/15/1957 - 9/27/2012)

Matthew Taylor Wood, age 54 years old, passed away on September 27, 2012 of a heart attack.

Matthew is survived by his wife of 35 years, Molly; his daughters Chelsea (Dustin) Woodhead (27) and Mattise Wood (14); his mother Betty June Wood; and by his siblings, of which he was the youngest of eight, Vivian (Lathem), Becky, Samuel, Blaine, Cynthia (Sanderson) and Jeffrey.

He was preceded in death by his father Samuel Wood and his oldest brother Bob Wood.

He was a lifelong resident of Spokane and a man of passion and intensity.

He will be sorely missed by all who love him.

He pursued all aspects of his life with characteristic zeal and while his profession evolved and changed over the years - he had a tenacious love for the game of golf.
Above and beyond all other aspects of his life, he was dedicated to his family.

Proud and immeasurably grateful for their unwavering love, he looked forward with enthusiasm to the living of his life with them as his center.

He is deeply missed.
