Brigham Young topples in-state rival
Freshman quarterback Taysom Hill passed for 235 yards and a touchdown, and Brigham Young’s defense did the rest in a 6-3 victory over in-state rival Utah State (4-2) on Friday night at Provo, Utah.
BYU (4-2) held the Aggies to 243 yards total offense.
Cal Poly 45, Weber State 23: Andre Broadous threw a career-high three touchdown passes and the undefeated Mustangs (5-0, 3-0 Big Sky) pulled away from the Wildcats (0-6, 0-3) at Ogden, Utah.
