DOWNEY, Calif. (AP) — Police say five people have been shot and at least two are dead in a Los Angeles suburb.
Downey police Lt. Dean Milligan tells KCAL-TV that the shootings occurred Wednesday morning at a business called United States Fire Protection and at a nearby home, where family members of the owner live.
Milligan says police are seeking a man who may have driven away after the shootings.
Downey is about 20 miles southeast of Los Angeles.
