Died October 1, 2012 at her home in Spokane, Washington, with her family at her side.
Born in Aberdeen, Washington on August 19, 1930 to Ante Zderic and Amelia Bebic, Helen is survived by her husband of 60 years, John S. O’Leary.
She was preceded in death by her son John Patrick O’Leary in 1994, her brother Tony “Spud” Zderic in 2000 and her mother Amelia in 2003.
She is also survived by her son Tim O’Leary, daughter-in-law Lois Voth, and grandchildren, Conner O’Leary, Avery O’Leary and Molly O’Leary.
A warm and gracious person, Helen is remembered as a loving wife and mother and a loyal and dedicated friend.
Memorials in Helen’s name may be directed to the Hospice of Spokane.
