The Honda Accord tops the 2011 list of frequently stolen cars

While flashy sports cars are indeed frequent targets among thieves, for sheer popularity you just can’t beat the old family car. The National Insurance Crime Bureau in Des Plaines, Ill., recently released its annual list of the most frequently stolen cars in the U.S. The humble 1994 Honda Accord beats all others for thefts recorded during the 2011 calendar year.
