Is It Easier To Marry Off Sons?

In the weddings for both of my children, I’ve said a “Father’s Prayer” of blessing over them and their soon-to-be spouses. At my son’s wedding, I had no trouble delivering the “Father’s Prayer.” But I had an emotional rush midway through the prayer for Amy Dearest & Okie Doke on Aug. 24. Which causes me to believe that it’s easier emotionally to see a son marry than a daughter. What’s you experience?
