Boom but no blast: Spokane firefighters from Station 2 respond to a north Spokane apartment fire Tuesday. Although witnesses reported hearing a boom before seeing smoke and flames billowing out of a third-floor unit about 9:15 a.m., Spokane firefighters said they found no indications of an explosion.
